Dear John,

I’d just like to let you know what a great job they’ve done.  I’d also like to compliment them on their professionalism, and the professionalism of the whole process, in general.  Like clockwork this morning, the insulation, tin, and skip-bin was delivered.  On-time, and similarly like clockwork, your blokes hooked in, and by the time I got home from work: new roof!

They were conscientious about not leaving a mess, too, had all the mess swept up, and in the bin before dark.  I really appreciate that.

I have no hesitation in recommending ACR to friends and acquaintances who might require roofing services in the future.

To whom it may concern, I am very happy to recommend ACR Roofing Pty Ltd to any prospective client of this company. I was fortunate enough to locate ACR through a web based enquiry. The scope of the project here at the College exceeded 4500 sq metres of roofing.

Upon meeting with Mr John Mason of ACR and discussing the project I was impressed by his prompt and professional response. Within days he hand delivered our quotation with all relevant OH&S assurances.

The project was divided into 2 major works over 2 holiday periods. Both projects came in on time due to the professional approach of Paul Owens, Operations Manager and on site foreman, Reece. This company had a great understanding of the safety measures required in the school environment and the need for communication with management.

For a project of this size our disruption was minimal.
